Time commitment: Approximately 5 hours per week•Location: Remote (Ontario-based preferred)•Compensation: Unpaid•Duration: Ongoing, minimum one academic term preferred

Role overview

The Programs & Initiatives role focuses on designing, testing, and running initiatives beyond the scholarship. This includes mentorship cohorts, workshops, and student resources. This role emphasizes execution and operational follow-through.

Responsibilities

Design and support new programs and initiatives
Execute pilots and ongoing programs
Evaluate program effectiveness and collect feedback
Improve initiatives based on outcomes
Coordinate timelines and delivery with the core team

Required skills

Strong organizational and planning skills
Ability to move ideas into execution
Attention to detail and follow-through
Comfort working with timelines and deliverables

Ideal skills

Experience running student programs or initiatives
Familiarity with basic project management tools
Ability to document processes and outcomes
