Role overview

The Programs & Initiatives role focuses on designing, testing, and running initiatives beyond the scholarship. This includes mentorship cohorts, workshops, and student resources. This role emphasizes execution and operational follow-through.

Responsibilities

  • Design and support new programs and initiatives
  • Execute pilots and ongoing programs
  • Evaluate program effectiveness and collect feedback
  • Improve initiatives based on outcomes
  • Coordinate timelines and delivery with the core team

Required skills

  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to move ideas into execution
  • Attention to detail and follow-through
  • Comfort working with timelines and deliverables

Ideal skills

  • Experience running student programs or initiatives
  • Familiarity with basic project management tools
  • Ability to document processes and outcomes
