Role overview
The Growth & Content role focuses on increasing awareness of Falah among students, families, and community partners while maintaining credibility and trust. A significant part of this role involves managing social media presence and creating engaging content.
Responsibilities
- Manage social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and create engaging content
- Support outreach to MSAs, masjids, and community groups
- Assist with content creation in written, visual, or short-form formats
- Maintain consistent and accurate public messaging across all platforms
- Track social media engagement and identify effective channels
- Support campaigns related to applications and programs
Required skills
- Strong written or visual communication skills
- Experience with social media platforms and content creation
- Familiarity with student and Muslim community spaces
- Good judgment around tone and credibility
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Ideal skills
- Experience with social media management, design, or content tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
- Prior outreach or communications experience
- Understanding of community-based growth strategies
- Experience creating reels, stories, or short-form video content
